Founded in 2011, Prism Educational Society (PES) is a secular, non-political, non-governmental voluntary organization committed to creating socio-economic and employment opportunities for poor and underprivileged communities across urban and rural areas of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.Since its inception, PES has implemented a wide range of community-focused programs, giving special attention to women, youth, and underprivileged children. Our work spans education, skill development, sustainable livelihoods, community development, health awareness, entrepreneurship, and empowerment, with the aim of helping individuals build capabilities and move towards more secure and dignified futures. Over the years, PES has worked to bridge the gap between industry requirements and available skills by equipping people with relevant knowledge, practical training, and opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. Our initiatives have included awareness programs, skill development for unemployed youth, employment-generation camps, entrepreneurship promotion, youth welfare activities, environmental awareness, women’s empowerment, and child labour eradication.
